Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Customizable Product Refunds:

Due to their personalized nature, customized products are non-refundable. However, if your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we offer two options:

• Replacement: We’ll gladly send you a replacement with expedited shipping at no extra cost.
• Full Refund: If you prefer, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Cost Refunds:

We will refund the original shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Address Changes:

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after payment, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to your new address after it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that this process may take additional time, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.

We strive to process orders quickly. Once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after payment, we will attempt to cancel your order.
